Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group - Geneseo Relocating to Better Meet Patient Needs
Over the past several months, Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group – Geneseo (formerly Regional Health Partners) has developed relationships with three new providers - Julie Brown, M.D., Loren Soria, M.D., and Kati Grimes, NP and they, along with their Urgent Care service, are scheduled to swap spaces with Unity Point Clinic Geneseo Family Medicine, effective Monday, August 3. Both medical offices are located on the first floor of Hammond-Henry Hospital at 600 N. College Avenue, Geneseo, IL.
The move also marks the start of the new name for the four Hammond-Henry Hospital family medicine clinics formerly known as Regional Health Partners, or RHP. Mark Kuhn, CEO, said that changing the name to Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group, has been the intention for some time, and with the move of the Geneseo location, the timing was right. “We are confident that “Medical Group” will help people better understand our clinics and what services they provide to the community. Other than signage and a new name, the community should see no other changes as they continue to receive excellent care, comfort and convenience.” HHH Medical Group Clinics in Kewanee, Cambridge and Port Byron will also transition to the new name.
The new HHH Medical Group - Geneseo location, Suite 120, within the hospital continues to offer patients the convenience of hospital services such as laboratory, imaging, rehabilitation and access to general surgery, orthopedic surgery, cardiology and many other specialty services. The phone number 309.944.1275 will not change. Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group – Geneseo will be closed on Friday, July 31 to accommodate the move.
Unity Point Clinic Geneseo Family Medicine, staffed by Drew Van Kerrebroeck, MD. Annetta Nordstrom, NP, Brittany Courson, NP, Rhonda Misfeldt, NP and Allison Blade, NP will relocate to Suite 130 and their phone number, 309.944.5342 will remain the same.
